The Modern Leadership Agreement is built on twelve reciprocal commitments between the company and its people. Spelled out, they form the MODERN LEADER framework. The Employer Assessment turns the lens on the company. For each agreement, you rate how well you are holding up your half.

You cannot ask people to think like owners if you treat them like replaceable labor. You cannot demand accountability without providing clarity. You cannot expect excellence without investing in capability.

This is not Best Places to Work. This is the diagnostic that tells you whether your organization deserves the discretionary effort, loyalty, and fiduciary behavior you ask of your leaders.

The Modern Leadership Agreement runs both ways. You cannot demand ownership, accountability, or sacrifice unless you first fulfill these twelve commitments. Look at the letters where you scored lowest. Pick one. Make a visible, public investment in that agreement in the next ninety days.
